What makes a Team?

Thanks for taking the time to read this, whoever you may be.

Yo this is the programmer Diamond typin here. I usually do a post mortem for my projects after the jam.  Since I worked in a team this time the structure will be slightly more informal.  So in terms of good, I've never felt as confident going after mechanics/design elements code wise as I was this jam. It felt like I am truly learning things.  For the bad, I think certain planning elements could have gone better (talking specifically in the code design).  Otherwise it was nice to work with this team and I would gladly do it again given the opportunity.
